NEPATA rewinders and slitting machines are optimized for vinyl. It can also process many types of paper such as photo paper, digital printing paper or – particularly relevant for many of our customers – transfer paper for sublimation printing. Our exclusive jaw lubrication system ensures the best cutting results. Felt jaws apply lubricants (silicone oil, water, oil-in-water solutions) directly to both sides of the cutting blade. The user doses the lubrication himself at the push of a button. This leads to economical use and avoids paper contamination. The contact pressure of the felt jaws is adjustable. This allows them to exert significant braking force on the moving blade – and cutting results are further improved.
